1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver orders across Delhi, Delhi NCR, and other serviceable locations across India.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the location and courier serviceability.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within the following estimated timeframes:

  • Delhi: 1 day

  • Delhi NCR: 2 days

  • Other Locations: 4–5 working days

The delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other situations beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free on all orders.

There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you where applicable.

Customers are requested to ensure that their name, complete delivery address, phone number, and other order details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

5. Delivery Delays

We make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address while placing an order.

Spacious Kart will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional delivery attempts resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Products

We request customers to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us promptly and retain the original packaging.

For damaged products, customers are required to provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery. These materials may be required for verification before a refund is processed.

Refunds for damaged products will be subject to verification and the terms mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Once the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, the delivery will be considered complete.

Customers are advised to ensure that the order is received by themselves or by an authorized person at the delivery address.
